    First of all, I'm sorry if this is the wrong section for this comment - after looking at the categories "Programming" seemed like the most relevant, but if there is a more appropriate one then please feel free to suggest it.

    I need to sign up for some Yahoo! accounts, but it's important that they are registered and then subsequently used using a unique IP. What is the best, most cost-effective solution for doing this? I've found proxy providers that offer seemingly suitable solutions for $15/proxy per month, to as little as $0.50/proxy per month.

    Help/Suggestions are greatly appreciated! :D
