    as a side point, whats this all about ? just curious

    Due to hosting problems, PenguinProxy will be unavailable until the 26th of October. We recommend usingBurf's Proxy in the meantime. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    basically, im on shared hosting and because i am new to this, i didnt know about CPU limits. My 2 proxy sites used 20% of the CPU 2 days ago, and 30% yesterday, so i recieved an email saying if it continued my hosting will be suspended. So i have ordered a dedicated server, but it will take 5-6 business days to setup. So until that point in time, i have removed the script (so the cpu usage will remain below 4.5%) and put a link to another proxy site

    Hosting a proxy on shared hosting is not a good idea...

    i have already ordered the dedicated server. I want to make more proxy sites and also have some arcade sites with some mates being made, so i'll need a dedicated server anyway. Thanks for the offer though

    Yeah, it is a bad idea to put it on shared. But hey, im just learning how NOT to do a proxy site :) eventually after learning from my mistakes, ill know how TO make one!
