PROXY OWNERS: Got some extra bandwidth and space on my VPS

i have a VPS which is lying unused for some time. (only one proxy site running with a server load of less than 0.02 all the time)

i can let u host a proxy on it if in return u allow me to show my google adsense ads on it 40% of the times??

conditions:
1. u must have an already estabilished site receiving more than 300uniques per day.
2. u must be earning more than 2$ per day in adsense FROM ur proxy

if the above 2 conditions are met then send me the screenshots and ur proxy URL and i will host ur site on a virtual private server

if anyone wants to test the speed of my server then u can visit my on proxy hosted on the same server http://airb.us.to

How are you going to make sure it's on 40% of the time?

 

How can he confirm it that his ads ran 40% or 0%?

i would be using a simple php code if the revenue sharing is 50-50
