    I have 500 email ids of people who want to receive latest proxies in their inbox. (very much opt in). The list is increasing day by day.
    Do you think it's worth anything? Should i make an offer on Buy, Sell and Trade forums?

    Start a proxy mailing service. If you offer low prices you could definitely have a good amount of customers.
