    Couple times a week, coz things are always getting banned. Assuming your list is fairly large.

    If you have a large list send it daily. Proxies are banned quickly most of the time and people always need a fresh one.

    i would go for weekly..
    sending out daily will eventually cause most people to look over them!

    agreed with lifetalk. although this kind of list would need constant updating, any more than once a week may be overwhelming and possibly be more of an annoyance to the receivers.
