Selling Proxy network making $430+ /month 250k UV's/month ADSENSE AUTOPILOT 2+/yrs old

I am selling my established network of 62 web proxies + 1 web proxies toplist with a mailing list of +35000 subscribers. Domains are from 4 to 1 year old.

The domain lists include:

A lot of keyword rich domains that ranks on first page (and 1st result!) of google.com

1 - PR 3 domain
10 - PR 2 domains
32 - PR 1 domains

13 - 4 characters length domains
7 - 5 characters length domains
7 - 6 characters length domains
1 - 7 characters length domain
2 - 8 characters length domains

The proxies uses a modified Glype script, Each proxy is an addon domain, and it takes the core php code from the same cpanel account, so adding new proxies is easy. You just add the addon domain, edit your theme and you are done! And if you need to make a mod for all the proxies, you just modify the core code, and all the proxies get the changes. The mods also includes a piece of code that allows you to change the ads on proxified pages with your own ads, this gives you a good boost on earnings, a code that randomize the display of ads (currently only using adversal), and also custom tags on templates that gets replaced on all the web proxies from variables set on the core code.

HOW MUCH WORK IS REQUIRED TO RUN THE NETWORK?
I haven't done ANY work on the network since bought it about 1 year ago, so if you work a few hours a week you will get better results than me. Completely easy passive income! The previous owner didn't do any work either on it once it was all setup.

HOSTING
I use a dedicated server from hostome.com, the normal price is >160USD, but I pay only 100USD a month because a special discount I have, this discount can be transfered to the buyer.

WHAT DOES THE SALE INCLUDES?
The hosting account will be transferred to you. Or you can choose to move the sites to your own server. ( I cannot assist in this )
I will transfer all the domains for free if you use the same registar. (idmoz.com)

How much BW does this network use in a month?
And does it need a dedicated hosting?

The network uses several terabytes of bandwith. However the server I use has an unmetered line.

Dedicated hosting is needed, it costs $100 a month for the server I use. ( its normally $165 a month but I have a recurring lifetime discount ). This server can be transferred to the buyer and I recommend this as it saves a lot of hassle of trying to transfer the network.

 

Just a note for any interested buyers. If the buy now is used, then escrow fees will be shared. Or I may even pay them myself.

If your offering a lower amount. ( I would like at least $3000 for this network ) then the buyer will be expected to pay the escrow fees.
