Proxy Installation + providing needed!

    Hello guys - next job for you guys:
    For one of my friend's sites, i need someone to install a proxy there, on the index page. you can install any free proxy that you are familiar with.(make sure its a good one tho).

    For installing it, and providing the proxy - so everything works, my friend's budget is around $5-8USD.

    please PM offers.
