    Yes,

I have built a proxy in a app.

I hve built it due to my friends always conplating that my PRoxys always get blocked. So, I built an app so the teachers don't know what website the're on.

nice one but i am not sure about a few things:
    1. will it work actually when sites like myspace are blocked from the gateway itself??

    2. what will be the source of revenue because if i remember correctly adsense does not allow ads to be placed inside softwares

I don't get it: this is so people are school can get around the proxy blocking firewall? I don't understand how just because you're not using a 'normal' browser you will be able to access the proxy.

I mean, your application still makes a request through the firewall / gateway, right? Any firewall / gateway that can't be classified as 'useless' doesn't care what program is running, it just blocks the site anyway.

I'm just confused as to how this is meant to work around the blocking...
