I have a proxy site that seems to be demanding more and more bandwidth every week/month it looks like now i have to increase my usage to 100gb of bandwidth, is this usual for proxies, is my site regarded as a very busy site ? i just hope i can keep up with the way its going.
it is usual if you have no BW contorl or allow visitors to access video sites and high resource sites. even 1 visitor visiting your site daily to watch videos on yuotube can increase your BW alot. you may wish to put BW control or limit sites on your proxy script. it can and can not be considered as busy site. As said, it could jsut be just few people accessing high BW sites or it could be a busy site itself
