    Hi,

GoDaddy doesn't offer proxy hosting; most shared hosting accounts don't unless they specifically say so.

If your friend is still looking, www.Zelune.com is a proxy host specialist.

I've been hosting proxies for 2+ years and provide managed service with my VPS's and dedicated servers. You can look at the VPS's here www.wdservers.com and LXadmin crontrol panel can be installed for free which is a CPanel alternative. Let me know if you have any questions.

Looking at the link in my signature you will find some good plans that are made specially for hosting proxy sites

You can host non-proxy sites on them as well

Looking forward to hosting you :)
