    yep i need proxy hosting

    okay

    Budget:around 6 dollars a month

    open to both vps and or shared solutions.

    want at least 250 GB bandwidth

    MUST BE BASED IN USA

    For proxy hosting you will have to consider the offshore hosting providers. If you are planning to go for a VPS hosting then you will have to raise your budget.
