    well cpu isn't used up very much at the moment

    the memory isnt either

    basically ill accept until cpu starts regularly hitting 50 %

    can you please tell me your ip for " 4 CPU server" ?
    is it same as your domain? i.e : 72.232.141.84 ?
    if yes , then warez linking is not allowed and your servers are not in UK , they are in USA , hosted by Layerd Technologies .
