Supernalmedia has been stalking us and bashing our company all week. It's kind of funny when you think about it. We do everything we can to please our clients.

I would also like to let everyone know that OSHQ.com has stopped proxy hosting. We no longer will accept any new clients, but current clients do not need to worry (as long as you are on server 1).

I cannot login to my control panel, basically all I can do at this point is to redirect my DNS to a server that is actually functioning and connected to the internet.

Other than that I'm pretty happy

You can keep the $1.23, hopefully your business model is in tune with your quality of service, if not please refer to the movie/play "The Producers" by Mel Brooks. Hopefully, you find my site being down "kinda funny", too.

I would suggest going with TechEntrance.com for proxy hosting.

OSHQ will not offer proxy hosting to new clients any longer . This offer is closed.

 

Why are you stopping the proxy hosting? I'm already a client, so it's not a big deal, but I'm just curious. Is that what caused the problems this month?

 

Proxy hosting is hard to mix in with other types of hosting. We are starting up a mainly proxy hosting company which you will see sometime in January.

This guy is a kid sitting behind his computer at home acting like a real hosting company.
He gives unreal deals, and has no idea how to even run it.

Don't buy from this guy, I have lost alot of money because of him.

 

I purchased a hosting package from OSHQ on Dec.4 Here is the description of the posting on DP: [Proxy Hosting OK] $1.23 per month, 20 GB Disk Space/200 GB Bandwidth | OSHQ.com. On Dec.31 OSHQ.com wanted payment for $3.49 USD. OK I paid again. 2 days later my site was down...suspended. I can understand a change in hosting policies, however this account was suspended without notice one day after sending additional payment for hosting. Sent support ticket, here is the response:

WHAT? After a month of running a proxy and not even close to using the allotted bandwidth, I get this crap. Disgruntled, hell yes, I tired of these sorry-assed hosting offers on DP. Take your businees and your money to a professional hosting company and stay away from OSHQ.com.

 

We have stopped our proxy hosting service. All current accounts will remain valid.

The above poster overused the server and was automatically suspended. I cannot control the automatic suspension software.

Not true, lousy sever was down more than it was up. If threre were any problems with "overused the server" then a simple courtesy email could have been sent. This is not about a money issue, but poor customer service. If you run this service, you control the automatic suspension software. No more bullshit from you, I will dispute this at PayPal.

As I see the so called "hosting company" representative has been banned. I see a lot of complaints in this thread but he has only 2 red iTraders. I wonder why?

I am happy that I didn't relied my business on this deal and cancel the subscribation as soon as I started it and paid $3+ for 3 monts of hosting (I forgot the money already).

I have also noticed that the forum he signed up under his name: oTourneys.com is probably his and maybe you can contact him there to ask for your refunds (if he ever gives you one or replies you at all), in case you can not contact him via the Yahoo Messenger and MSN he provided.

 

I would just like to add that my account was suspended a few hours after my next payment.

I contacted the support/email/live ticket and 24 hours still no word. I figure I will take my loses but will see what I can do about the recent payment. This means I lost some data as well
