Have you guys dropped the DNS?

For some reason, I can't add-on my domain names to a new host.

I already changed the nameservers, but it still wont switch.

yeh i tried to sign up as well, but it kept saying $3.49...

 

i already lost a lot of money within this 3 days, i also frustrated since proxies site will lost more visitor even you down within 3 hours. But, for 3 days i can't imagine my visitor from more than 5000 UV/day will become less than 50. I really don't care on refund, but the visitors. Im invested a lot of money to market this site and all gone now.

you can give me a free host for a month, but my frustration will never gone. My site still down

i can access my account but can't access my site, can someone tell me why? Is that because of the DNS setting? Im using their livechat, keep waiting until they asked me to send email only. i really don't care on refund since all my heart already burn in fire.

I know how you feel about the proxy, Mine is also down on this host and I dedicated a good deal of time making my proxy page somewhat custom and setting it all up.. Than, I did some link building and told some people about it.. Than I started to get a few clicks on the ads.. Than as things were starting to look good and Google had indexed my page, I woke up to find my site had disappeared and was all gone and so were my efforts..

Now the page is still gone and so are even my site files.. which would be nice to get back if not the full host with my files.. I guess first, I should have taken a backup, before I even did one stitch of any promoting... LOL

I have asked for a refund as I have lost so much business and visitors and nobody cared me from oshq to inform me about the situation (they didn't get a time in 3 days) and its also clearly written on their website

It is not our fault that the server is down. iwhiC.com owns the server and randomly decided to take it down. We are trying to get them to restore it.

maybe its not your fault but at least you could have informed us so we could make some alternate arrangements. Now look how many ppl are loosing business because of that

 

They were reseller of Hostparlor, after owning HP by IwhiC, now they have become a part of IwhiC, though i believe they got their own box already, as they are working hard to get sites from IwhiC
