    The server should be up soon.

    We have a problem with our Support System, livechat function is having some scripts error while trying to initlialize chat. So don't use the livesupport feature on our support desk, submit a ticket instead. We are working on it though so the livesupport function should work within the next 24 hours.

    The Server is now up and we are now in the process of setting up DNS Zones as we have to do it Manually for EACH account so it will take a while. Please be patient and do not ask us When it will be up becuase we have a lot of work to do on it right now and bugging us with such questions won't speed up the process.

    you can't blame people they are asking for compensation, they buy from you, and they got nothing to do with HP or any other company.
    if you start selling accounts, you are responsable for it.

    According to leriss, they are working with DNS Zone files. Without DNS Zone files none of the domain will resolve, you guys should wait till Leriss and other staffs of OSHQ completes the process. I believe they will let you guys know once its done. Nothing to be so panic friends :) Wait and give them sometime to complete the process.
