    Man.. one thing.. if i have cheap VPS.. you can see on controlpanel of whm that is a cpanel for vps beside the skin..

    I am ready to provide a demo of whm to double check it.

    if you think $10.00 is costly.. then fine go ahead and buy your own vps and do it yourself..

    and that vps goes down for some 100 times..

    Cheap hosting will always be cheap but no quality and reliable hosting.

    And you know what proxy hosting can do.. it can down a server.
