If you read my last note, you are welcome to register and add your hosting plans. It is all free to get listed, just click 'Create Content'-->Hosting Plan and fill out the form. It should be up relatively quickly after submission unless there are some sorts of problems (I refuse to link sites that have malicious code and such... some of proxies submitted have had them and I won't list them).
