Anyone know of any cheap hosting providers for a network of proxies? I had some proxies with little traffic on Godaddy & they just suspended my hosting until I remove them  I know, it was only a matter of time until it happened

Proxy sites aren't stable on shared environment you need to go for a dedicated server.

Yeah Site5 is a good host for dedicated servers, as cheap as you're gonna get them :)

Don't know much about hosting, only really used Godaddy myself. Any recommendations of any companies that are reasonably cheap & reliable?

Well as others have stated proxy web sites really belong in a dedicated environment. Whether that be a VPS or a Dedicated server both will provide much better reliability than a shared account. Most reliable web hosts will shut down proxy's if they find them running on and their servers and for good reason to. They suck a lot CPU, they use double the bandwidth (both in+out) and they are abused a lot so hosts get a lot of complaints.
