proxy guidelines. what should i look out for?

    today i hit 45$ and the day before that i was at 13$ and this scares me,i should be happy but some sites only have like 200 page impressions with like 20 clicks and higher than avg ctr.

    And another thing, is there a guideline somewhere besides the TOS like things you should not do on a proxy? i know google is real mean with proxies they probably look for a reason just to ban you. i don't wanna earn my 700$ then get banned before i can get it.

    so is there like a guideline somewhere thats like a list of things not to do?
