    The skin isn't custom I don't believe. I'm really not sure. Assume it's not. The previous owner implemented it and I liked it and made a few modifications and tweaks of my own.

    I've checked and this skin isn't custom. It's custom by the previous owner, but he is reusing it on his sites and I can't offer resale rights on it.

    The bid now stands at $850.

    The income is stable. A few clicks a day on adsense and 1-2 VIP memberships a month now. The traffic is stable as seen in my Analytics screenshot.

    The income on my proxies that I promote through the forum is increasing. This month is up 40% over last month.

    Also keep in mind that kids just got back to school last month and so for a site like this you're looking ahead at 8 solid months (to June) of earnings and traffic ahead.

    In my first post I quoted $50 adsense since June 11 when I bought the site. I just checked my Adsense screenshot and I realize I only showed from July24-October17. So really it's $53 since July 24, not June 11. Sorry.
