Proxy Directory Script

    Hello Guys,
    I want to make a proxy directory script. As i cant afford to buy one and there are no free scripts available.
    I wanted some information about it:
    Which programming language should i write it in.
    Can it be done with the most simplest way.
    Do i need a database for the directory.

    What else is needed to create a directory.

    Please provide your inputs.

    Is it the same as common link directory?
    If so, try to use PHPLD version 2. It is free.
