proxy coding help.

I have this template for a proxy website (below) in .psd format, how do i code
it. Is there any tutorials out there that can teach me how to do this.

You need to code this psd to html.Then you can integrate it with proxy scripts.If you are new to html you may hire someone to do it.we will help if you have $40

 

I know how to slice and export to dreamweaver but the bit i get stuck on is coding the proxy address bar itself.

 

you can use CSS to do this.
