Proxy and Time Based

    Is there any Proxy software using which I can block Internet , timewise for Each IP ?

    Like

    192.168.0.1 : Always On means can surf anytime
    192.168.0.2: Can surf internet only between 1 pm to 2 pm
    192.168.0.3: Can surf internet only between 5 pm to 10 pm
