proxy and third world countries

Some days ago I saw a topic that one was angry with the third world low cpc country users who use your resources and generate low money.
I don't know why don't want them. The governments of such countries like china, north korea , iran and many arabic countries have banned many sites for them and they have to use proxies. My proxy is having heavy hits from these countries and it's making money.(Although of course it's not as much as US/UK).
But I think we should help them.

Well I can make a script which filters the unwanted results but are you willing to pay for it?

Just tell me and if many of you want it I will make one.

You can always block the IP`s in cPanel.

But another thing, is ok to help them. But I have a lot of traffic from Iran that surf porn sites and eat 10GB a day and I don`t want to help with that so I block Iran.

I have a few proxy networks but i never ban any countries. I just ban spammers and some IPs that known to be used for hacking and attacks.

Nigeria is on top of my black list since it's known that spammers located there are abusing the proxies and i 'm also watching Turkey carefully because of hackers.

Maybe i am going to ban a country or some IPs if i notice that they slow down my servers or abusing my proxies.

After all when you build a proxy you know that you 'll get a lot of traffic from Iran and Eastern countries. It's up to you to decide whether to block them or not, but don't forget that even if their clicks pay low, there is a chance of getting a large number of clicks and that's some extra revenue.

    Better from nothing :)

Here is an example .htacces file for anyone that likes to block some IPs and scammers. You may edit it according to your needs.

try proxy.org forums they have a few people there with lists. I keep Iran due to there countries odd laws. Also I think it gives me more page impressions to offset my ctr as I think US kids get a bit happy sometimes with the ads.

Unwanted traffic can be filtered out using htaccess (nikg's post) or by iptables/ipchains, and Cybernaut's proxy script already provides this feature (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=242553) besides many other features. Its a matter of seconds filtering out any country using this script.

You could use a service for example provided by blockacountry.com...
