Ok i know placing ads on proxified pages is against the tos but what does this include ads in the frame at top where you can re-enter a url?

You can place Google Adsense on the front page, for example: http://www.HideMyBack.com (Myyyy ) What you can not do is display them on: Result page Why? A) It is not your content B) It is in Iframe (some people still dispute about legality of iframes) C) Result page viewed might be against TOS of Adsense (no control of content).
