I'm looking to start a proxy affiliate program that pays publishers for each time someone signs up for my newsletter from their site. It would need some way to track this, and a way to detect if someone is signing up their own emails over and over(ip tracking). The site would also need to include a page for people to buy a spot in the newsletter. If you feel you can do this please contact me via PM or on aim. ~Sam
