Negligible but it is being promoted. And it doesn't matter how much I am currently getting, thats the whole point behind guaranteed impressions. You are guaranteed 100,000 impressions no matter how long it takes...weeks...months...so your money will never be wasted. I suppose I could also create a guaranteed click through rate which can be measured by the proxy owners themselves. Just have to factor a CTR into the equation.
