    Details: ProxUp.com is a great proxy that was doing very well until mid-July when it was moved to a more crowded server. Traffic dropped almost in half at that time. All the site really needs is to be placed on a server or hosting account that allows it to load consistantly.

    The site is on a very choked server, that may explain the error. I just tested it and it's working fine.
