Providing Phone Support for your Customers/Visitors

    I don't know how many people here actually run their own businesses or offer services in which offering phone support may be a beneficial factor but I think from a personal point of view, all entrepreneurs should definitely offer it.

    There are a lot of issues with offering phone support though. With all the issues between billing, phone lines, additional features and such it can become a real hassle and not worth it in the long run.

    For any business, phone support should be mandatory (in my opinion) because it offers the customer a sense of security and only further provokes the thought of your business being reliable and official.

    Now, how to solve this dilemma? Skype!

    Please let me know what you think. I think that in the long run all potential businesses and entrepreneurs should consider using Skype as a business tool and it's an extremely helpful utility for any expanding business, especially with the interconnected market economy of the world today
