Let's say I have domain.com that matches my last name.

If I am John I could have .

If I have a sister named juliette, I could set up for her.

How would she have access to webmail?

    Thanks!

If you install a mail server, you could have such a setup by simply creating the users "john" and "juliette" on the server, so they will receive e-mail there.

Webmail is the second step, which you solve by installing a web server and then installing a webmail script like SquirrelMail on it.
