In my opinion posts without any pricing and such generally get passed by. If there are 3 other posts on the same page relating to doing SEO work and 1 person says pm me for rates, you are losing more business than anything else. Your post should include a basic listing of fees for certain services. Anyone can do something custom but give a demo of a package with pricing to let people know. Then tell us why we should choose your service. Lastly state if you are giving any review or discounts for reviews- this will keep your thread from getting riddled with questions of people asking if you are giving any. BTW- this is the ONLY forum I am on and have ever been on where you DONT have to list a price in your OP, maybe that will change?
