xxxdessert.com its a gallery site as you can see they dont have the xxx pic on there server all they do is to link to the orginal content site (provided by 3rd parties) is that allowed?
do i still need to get the permission from the original content owner?

You need permission to display anything you don't own. Even google has been sued (and lost) for just low-res thumbnails.

But am not having the xxx gallery on my server am using it as link to the owner of the gallery so is that not legal am just ads there content?

 

If you are displaying images that are not hosted on your server, you are using their image and bandwidth (which they pay for). If they don't mind, they will give you permission. If you do it without asking and getting permission, they can sue you.

 

How can I get permission from the content owner like bang bros or naughty America ect.?

 

By joining their affiliate program, you will be able to use their content and use their bandwidth.
