Okay I have this movie site nothing on it right now but what I want to do is put downloads links with my embed movies. Right now the site has nothing but I'm planning to put embed links and download links. Is this legal? I see other sites doing it. Not always the both but they do. And visitors must complete CPA survey to look at embed links or download links.
