Just call paypal from skype to their toll free number. Explain them, what you sold, and they will surely help you. Because in e-mail, they ask all the details. But if you call them, they will surely assist you.

It is a routine for Paypal to ask for these details as they seem to take for granted each transaction to be involving physical goods. As advised by other members, one has to call them to specify them the nature of deal to be of 'digital goods' when specifically not mentioned about the same in the 'details' of the transaction. I called paypal and said what i did , they told me yesterday they will send emails to the users which paypal need documentation. Today my account is permanently banned .WTF
