    no TM issues at all Disney has no problems with the name as long as you are not a licensed disney Ticket agent pretending to be them to make sales of disney Tickets.

    I have had the current page up since January of 07 and have not heard from Google or Disney

    I am referring to the Google search engine, like a penalty of some sort, not the Adsense program.

    Do you have any idea of when the site was banned in Google ? Was it ever indexed there at all ?

    It was obviously indexed because the site is 5-6 months old. (Adsense earnings since Jan 1)

    Site which gets so many hits everyday from other search engines, and is almost half a year old... in such cases 99.99% of the time the site is indexed. (Can't say if the site is in the 00.01% group. :D)

    Ok, according to the stats the site has not been indexed in Google since february.
