I just snagged in this domain the other day. What do you think? I think it's a GREAT domain, a good one word domain that is applicable to the .org TLD. Seems like it would make a great non-profit organization domain. It has a PR of 1.

    Any thoughts on it's worth?

SeoDir is wrong. It's a one word domain which is very very common.

Thanks, that's my thoughts exactly. Obviously, it'd be better to be a .com, but being a .org could actually help in this case for the right end user.

I'm sure it's worth something... No clue how much though...

But I'm trying to think what it could be used for...?

Maybe some kind of law / court site?

Thanks for your comments. I was thinking it could be used for something like make a wish foundation (along those lines anyway). To me, proved seems to imply a success story or something on that order.
