    Last time, on 15th Nov when my Boss admitted that I was absolutely right and if he follow me then at least they was not in the condition to lost his minimum 150/day users. at that time I was very happy and felt a great proud for my skills and study but the next instruction was to measure the things that can bring again positive change for his. BOSS is always just a Boss. That's all.

    i'm starting to become proud when someone who needs me, and i can give him/her or people can use my skill, my idea, my credibility, and i can give, share and usefull for them. It means i'm not just ordinary human being,, because i can make the world laugh and happy beside and near by me, i'm so grateful for that gift :)
