Google detects invalid clicks and where they come from. If you suspect any fraudulent action on your site, you should contact Google about it.
But we can track everyone now a days , because if someone is creating invalid clicks this means he knows what he is doing and these guys use proxies when they do such work .
To be honest, Google would not protect us from invalid clicks, but rather they will actively ban our accounts for suspicious clicks.
