when I login to my acc but use real Ip, paypal will ask me confirm by enter cc number or bank number. I also want pp always ask me this if I login US Ip or other IP. Is it possible?

So you basically mean that you do not live in the US, but have given your address as something in the USA. But when you login, they ask for your details right????

There is no such option, you can protect your paypal by protecting your self, meaning do not click on any links which appear to be similar to paypal, most of them are the one which you get in your mail addi.
