adsense has the same rules in all countries . Adulte content is not allowed . so I dont think that "Prostitution" will be a better choice.
What kind of prostitution do you mean? is it about prostitution articles related to education and goverment or prostitution related to adult content, ??
What sync38 has said is true. If it's related to education, I don't think there's any restrictions at all. However, if it offers nothing other than the same plain old porn pic and adult contents, that's a no-no.
I would not risk it. It is adult content even by the word and even if it looks like it is ok for a while, Google will slap you when it comes time to get paid. Better to try another ad server that allows adult content.
