    I think it is a class action lawsuit. The lawyer would have the people fill out form so he can sue in thier behalf.

    You could get group together to hire lawyer to sue for group.

    I think if you have 10 people all looking to sue someone and the money to pay the lawyer will cost more than what you are all suing for, you may want to let it go :).
