Prorated accounts: be warned

So if you ever start a new campaign in the middle of the month, be careful of setting the maximum monthly budget. The reason is i set a max budget of 50 dollars for February and it ended up on a budget pause that i cannot get it off. i tried raising the max budget but no luck.

an adcenter rep (over the phone) told me that because i opened this acct in the middle of the month that the my max bid was prorated and that it would max out as if it had been spending money the whole month; for example the amount spent wont hit my max budget becuase i set it to spend over month and it will only spend half that amount since i started this campaign on the 15th....

So as the adcenter doosh told me, my acct would go back to normal in march and the 18.75 that was credited to my acct would not be given to me because i raised my max budget, thereby acknowledging i wanted the extra traffic....

This stuff and the uber high cPc stuff makes me wonder if adCenter worth my dam time.....

Explain a little more. How exactly are you losing the $18.75?

So you raised your budget, got more clicks, and want a refund for being overcharged?
