Prorate with Negative amount

    How is it that I am getting negative amounts for a customer when I click prorate?

    It's prorating to a date before what their expiration date would be if all other open invoices were closed.

    If they don't have any other open invoices, and their expiration date is not in the future, check your invoicing preferences. Maybe you have it setup to add -1 months to the prorate or something?
