Proportionate images/thumbnails

    This page displays the distorted images. What is the best way to do this.
    I am adding images on this page from my CMS.. but not able to display properly on this page.

    No, how can I do that ? can we autogenerate the thumbnails ? I want to make this page look nice and images to hold its proportions.

    I was asking, because I was unsure if they were, anyway if you are creating these manually, use Photoshop CS2 to re-size the images. This way only a small amount of quality is lost.
