Prophet has company....

An american company is using images of Hindu Goddess Durga to promote alcholic drinks.

By using these images, the company intends to show that the Gods even consume its liquor.

They deserve the trouble they get over this.

This seems to be ok, but if it was mohammed(PHUB) than it would be a circus in the middle east.

 

Update:

The controversy seems to be finally ending after three months ( the first protests had started three months back).

Although the news item does not mention it, the company officials have also apologized..in an interview with "India TV" channel.

Not much drama here..I guess a few Greek flags did get destroyed though.

 

Gods and Goddesses are powerfull product endorsers than showbiz personalities.
