PropertyForums.org

Picked this up last night for reg fee, looking to develop into a vB forum, think it has some good potential. Just wondering what anyone else thought of it in terms of a valuation as a domain name alone? I realize its not a great TLD, but thought it was a nice little name for an independent forum site

Its not a bad name, but like you said not the greatest TLD. I'd say low $xx undeveloped

.com would be priced at low $xxx mainly because of plural use of forum this one's worth reg fee to low $xx undeveloped, but not bad for development.

 

The singular would've been a lot better. I would say around reg fee to Low $xx
