    Very nice site. Not a lot to critique here. Really well placed advertisements by the way. The footer looks too busy though.

    thanks guys, im looking at expanding the footer with some polls or something, as for the site, its running on wordpress 2.8.4

    Also traffic is targeted from twitter and property portals.

    contemplating selling the site now its established

    Overall pretty nice but the only thing that annoys me is that every article have their own little box. Why not just one big box.

    You could still have everything in one main box separated by title or a line. That's just my opinion.

    Be focus with your niche. I don't know what is your niche site. Your site is not only real estate related, but there are gadget, finance, insurance, marketing, etc..

    I think the banner looks plain, just place a property related image like home or any apartments in that banner..

    Imo the title and Meta Description of the site are too long for good SEO. You may want to shorten title below 64 characters and Meta Description blow 200.

    The space between content is large. Decreasing it might improve the looks further. There is a big empty space on the bottom right of the home page that breaks the cohesiveness of the website.
