    Why are you selling this site?
    - No time currently to manage it as planned previously

    How is it monetized?
    - You can list any property on it or use it as online booking site

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    - No but i can help you set them up if needed

    How much time does this site take to run?
    - Should only require 1 hour daily to list items needed and check clients requests

    I was curious that you call it a "property management" site - I can see the advertising, but what is the functionality for managing a rental property?

    You don't appear to have any listings. How much traffic does the site get? How has it been promoted.

    1. all search items have a bug
    2. why is the copyright attributed to the script and not the site? Who actually owns the content on that site?

    The site was in initial preparations for a pre release phase but i didn't get enough time to run it as planned, the site aims to cover wide range of possibilities, like a booking site, or custom rental management system for hotels or owners who like to have a presence online for their systems

    The search bug isn't a bug it's just the data for search items are incomplete, it will work fine once data are placed in site and all such problems will be worked with on any interested buyer to show the full potential of the site for them before ordering it

    The copy right will be adjusted to the domain owner data without problem if it's same domain data or part of network of sites
