    Thanks for that, although its not really what I'm looking for, more related to a combination of the two, plus the target market is British / English, real estate is not a term used here.

    ellensmith, thanks for the kind offers although none are related to property, only investment.
    jedi, I have pm'd you, penthouse is an american term, and most investments will be student / professional based.
    kinda intellectual, you have a fantastic domain, not my cup of tea, though if you emailed some uk firms explaining you are looking to sell, I'm sure you could turn it around fast for a relatively good price.
    ninanini41, simple domain, would be suited to building an api that tied in different property search / advertising companies, allowing investors to select properties and compare those they like, although not for us.

    To help, we are looking to gain investors looking to purchase property, without the hassle.
