Property help site needed - ASAP! I need a site that helps people to buy into, or profit from land and property in various ways, initially the site will promote the experts and give away an ebook to build a mailing list. Found this property mentor dot co dot uk and building wealth workshop dot co dot uk pretty much do what I want The various parts are standard promises on what people who are interested can expect but nonetheless important. So I'm looking for talented designer/coders who can take all the parts, move then around the page and deliver a unique branded site. I want to build a site that will put between 4 to 6 people who are experts in various property niches together, the site will be called p*r*o*p*e*r*t*y*d*r*a*g*o*n*s* dot com The logo is important too (its got to stand up on its own right) as I want this site to quickly get traffic. The site has got to be driven by wordpress so its easy to manage (but not look wordpress) and make use of any plugins that are required to get people to build the mailing list and sign up.
The contest was for a customised wordpress theme, the homepage and the logo, however having thought of it I want the complete site. It should be a mix of the two sites I've mentioned above but this site needs to be dynamic and tempt people to sign up. I'm looking for some of thebest designers/coders on this one to create something unique that I hope will be a success story. The prize is now $200 for the site, the winner will upload the site and ensure everything is working perfectly. This will be stage 1 of the site and it will grow to managment systems for members etc and I will pay for any additions.
